Welcome to the Online Application for

Foxborough Regional Charter School (FRCS)

     FRCS is currently accepting applications for students entering Kindergarten through Grade 9


Important:

     Eligibility

1.  Kindergarten enrollment:  A child must be 5 years old by August 31, 2024 to be eligible to enroll in Kindergarten at FRCS.

2.  Residency:  A student must be a full-time resident of the state of Massachusetts.

     Important:  any application with a Post Office Box address will be removed from our files and will not be processed through
     our lottery.

3.  Siblings:  A sibling is defined as sharing a biological parent or legal adoption.

     Complete the "Sibling" section ONLY IF the applicant has a brother/sister CURRENTLY attending FRCS.

4.  Each application will be for the 2024-2025 School Year.

5.  A separate application form must be entered for each student entering the lottery.

6.  A unique confirmation number will be emailed for each application submitted successfully.

7.  Review your completed application carefully.  The school will process the application exactly as submitted.

  • I understand that in order to apply for enrollment in a Massachusetts Charter School I must have a legal Massachusetts address listed as my permanent residence where the lottery applicant resides full time.
  • I understand that all communications will be mailed to this address to be eligible for the lottery and that it is the family's responsibility to notify the school of any changes in address.
  • That I can provide proof of residency in one of the following forms: a valid driver’s license stating my current MA address or a current Voter’s Registration card PLUS a current utility bill.

To qualify for sibling status YOU MUST submit to outreach@foxboroughrcs.org birth certificates for both the lottery applicant and the current FRCS student by May 1, 2024 to be processed as a sibling through the 2024-2025 lottery. Foxborough Regional Charter School is not responsible for errors made on the online application. To ensure your application is processed correctly in the upcoming lottery, please confirm all information before submitting.  Completing the online lottery application does NOT guarantee an offer of enrollment.

 

General Information:

  1. Once an application is submitted and processed through a lottery a student will either be offered a position or placed on the Wait List.
  2. The application form of students who do not gain admission to FRCS will be destroyed in accordance with 603 CMR 23.00.  Parents have the right to request a copy of this application form before it is destroyed.
  3. It is a parent/guardian’s responsibility to update any change in contact information immediately.  The school will use the contact information it has on file to contact you in the event a position becomes available.  The school is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of communications due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated information on file.  The delay in receipt of an offer due to incorrect mailing information will not change the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to an offer.
